We are a social group, and our aim is to have fun and play cards. Anyone is welcome to come along, regardless of experience. We change partners every 4 hands, so it is an excellent way to get to know people.
We normally meet every Thursday morning at the Tesco Community room. The room is open from 9.30, and we aim to start playing at 10.00. We have to be clear of the room by 12.30, but we stop playing at a convenient point usually about 12.15 so we can leave the room tidy.
Tesco do not charge for the room, so there is no weekly fee Tesco provide free tea, coffee and biscuits.
While Tesco are undergoing refurbishment we are meeting at a member's house.
