This ancient Eastern practice which gently exercises the whole body, while invigorating the mind and enriching the spirit.

Read Aldous Huxley’s perfect description of Tai Chi in his novel, Island: ‘No leaps, no high kicks, no running. Feet always firmly on the ground
….movements intrinsically beautiful and at the same time charged with symbolic meaning. Thought taking shape in ritual and stylised gesture. It’s meditation in action.’

After just a few sessions we hope you really will begin to feel more alive, content and responsive!

This group runs in two sessions 10:00am - 11:00am and 11:00am to 12 noon, please liaise with the Group Leader over which session you wish to attend.
