A Science and Engineering festival in the USA

We meet on the second Tuesday of the month at The Progressive Hall in North Bradley, BA14 0SA. Meetings start at 2:30pm with a 1 hour talk, including time for questions and discussion, followed by tea & coffee.

We cover a wide range of topics, giving us a view into the many facets of the modern age we live in. Whether you have had a career in S&E (including Technology), wish to inspire your grandchildren, or simply an interest in the subject, you are extended a warm welcome.

For most meetings the presenter is from within the group, though there is no obligation to present. Occasionally we have an outside speaker and once a year we try to organise a visit to a company or historic place associated with S&E.

There is a £2 charge to cover the cost of the hall hire.

To avoid disappointment please do not attend any events, group meetings or monthly meetings as a visitor unless you have, in advance, contacted the event organiser / group leader. For Group Meetings or Events please use the 'Leader/Organiser' link above. For monthly meetings only the Membership Secretary, Thank you.
