Join the Computing and Technology Workshop!
Dive into hands-on sessions focused on using, understanding, and troubleshooting computers and related technology – from demonstrations to occasional talks on a wide range of topics like computers, tablets, phones, TVs, radios, hi-fi, 3D printing, and more.
Scope covers individual help through to group workshops. You can of course just turn up for a chat with like-minded people. No prior expertise required – perfect for everyone from beginners to the experienced.
We meet every 4th Tuesday of each month except possibly Xmas!
The general format for each meeting will be: -
0900 to 1000 Problem solving and help
1000 to 1100 Presentation if one is organised
1100 to 1200 Problem solving and help
For the first meeting Ray Fox will present an Introduction to 3D Printing at home he is very much a novice so the presentation should be easy to follow although the more experienced members might learn something interesting.
We have several members who have experience of 3D Printing, so hopefully you will be able to attend. For those that have not used the Community Space before, the entrance is round the side of Tesco and parking is free for up to 3 hours.
