Our U3A chess group now meets in the light and airy County Hall atrium, adjacent the library.

We meet from 10 - 11.45 on Fridays, as we are allowed 2 hours free parking in the car park.

We welcome chess players of all abilities as members are only too pleased to assist newbys who don’t know their rook from their pawn.

Come along and acquaint yourself with an exciting and absorbing mental challenge.
