In May we visited Exbury Gardens, it was a relatively short drive to Exbury near Southampton. The gardens were beautiful, with many different plants and trees. There are two Camelia walks which were ablaze of vibrant colours, together with the Azaleas and Rhododendrons filling the gardens with colour at every turn.
Most of us had a ride on the little steam train taking a trip on the Rhododendron line. It was good – spotting the model animals hiding around in the bushes and plants along the route All in all a beautiful place to visit..
